1. 30 minutes Consultation with Sound healing modalities.
In this session we offer various sound healing modalities throughout out your Energy healing session. We may offer various Tibetan singing bowls, Bells or African drums or even musical soundtracks. We may also incorporate intoning, mantras, affirmations and chanting.
2. 30 minutes Consultation with Chakra and Gemstone healing offering.
In this session we will work with the Seven main Chakras; focusing on the ones that personally need most work. Using Crystals and Gemstones and other helpful modalities we endeavor to bring healing to this specific chakra for you.
3. 30 minutes Consultation with meditation and Personal Rites offering.
In this session we focus on the foundational healing found in quieting the mind through meditation and creating simple rituals to enhance our life path.
4. 30 minutes Consultation with a body & fitness concentration.
In this session we focus on the healing process that recognizes and honors our physical existence and endeavors to engage our Sacred Body through movement; Dance, Yoga, Stretching, Walking & Fitness.
5. 30 minutes Consultation Personal Life Coaching Sessions.
